Yogis, teachers, healers, coaches, wellness and spiritual leaders,
we need to talk and build a plan.

Over 3 days, join me to explore yoga as a vehicle for personal and social justice.

Let's Build a Roadmap for Conscious Yoga Leadership for Social Change.

Now's the time to deepen your practice.

In this challenge, I will share the best of what I've learned as a yogic, nonviolent activist and organizer, with two decades of yoga and anti-racism education. I share as a teacher, entrepreneur and practitioner so you can show up as the learner, ally, changemaker or leader you are here to be.

You will learn:

  • DAY 1: AHIMSA - Yoga's connection to social justice & cultivating leadership practices that TRULY support.
  • DAY 2: SATYA - Right now, live a life founded on satya, truth, and yogic values to CREATE MORE EQUITY and lead authentically.
  • DAY 3: TAPAS - Create a SUCCESSFUL PATH to powerful yogic leadership.
