Susanna Barkataki, M.Ed., E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Therapist, has been an anti-racism educator for 20+ years, is an Indian yoga culture advocate, trainer, writer and teacher. She is the Founder of Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute and teaches 200/300 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings at EmbodyYogasRoots.com She is the creator of the Honor {Don’t Appropriate} Yoga Summit and framework and creator of www.embraceyogasroots.com dedicated to bringing authentic yoga tools where they are needed most. Neelam Pathikonda is an osteopathic physician with a masters in public health. She is board certified in Family Medicine as well as Lifestyle Medicine. She has a certificate in Ayurvedic medicine and has received professional development in motivational interviewing and plant based medicine. She practices full time in South Los Angeles with a focus on underserved medicine. She is also an avid Buddhist meditator and has been meditating and focused on spiritual growth and teaching for 20 years.
