As we stand on the edge of summer, with the world in flux, it’s easy to feel it all — anger, exhaustion, cynicism, overwhelm, even cautious hope.

Every feeling is valid. This is not the time to turn away. It’s the time to root into your peace, rise with your power, and remember who you are.

As Reggie and Susanna share what yoga teaches us: we can hold stillness and action, compassion and clarity.

You don’t have to carry it alone. We gather to breathe, to move, to remember and to ignite the courage needed for these times.

The world needs your peace.

The world needs your power.

Come ignite your yoga!

Never has it been more important to

  • Root in community and honor the fire you carry.
  • Transform overwhelm into clear, courageous action.
  • Speak, act, and care from your deepest values.

Ignite your yoga and passion for justice this summer and beyond.

Why Attend?

In this moment, amid the cynicism and overwhelm, we gather.

Together, we claim a powerful opportunity to rest, reset, and reimagine what’s possible.

You don’t need to be flexible — yoga is far more than bending our bodies.
We are here to bend the moral arc of the universe closer toward justice for all.

Nourish yourself. Live yogic ethics. Reduce harm. Uplift through deeper engagement and true representation.

Step into a space dedicated to your inner and outer empowerment.

For yoga practitioners, activists, wellness enthusiasts, professionals, and anyone who wants to be in the space to feel, move, and make a difference!

What to expect.

In a blend of reflection, practice & discussion you’ll

  • Get supported with yogic wisdom.
  • Be clearer on what’s important to you
  • Feel empowered and engaged rather than disconnected
  • Receive rest and be inspired to take action

We firmly believe

Yoga is for everyone.

You may want to bring

- A mat or cushion.

- Your journal or something to reflect in.

- Water or tea to sip move the energy.

- An open mind and heart are so welcome.

Ultimately, you don’t need anything other than yourself to participate.  Come as you are!
